At TorqueVac, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
